1. During the transfer and storage process, oil pipe joints should be avoided from being bumped and dropped to avoid damage to the interfaces and internal parts.

3. When installing a threaded rotary joint, attention should be paid to whether the thread directions of the inner and outer tubes correspond to the rotation direction of the drum, and the thread directions of the inner and outer tubes should also be consistent.
4. The connection between the oil pipe joint and the pipeline must be connected by a hose (our company recommends the use of metal hose with good resistance), and rigid connection is strictly prohibited.

6. When installing the inner tube, pay attention to the coordination of dimensions and auxiliary support of weight. It is recommended to use H8/e7 tolerance coordination for the cooperation between the inner tube and the joint of the internal rotary joint.
7. The support and anti-rotation of the oil pipe joint should be appropriate. The diameter of the general rod should be 2mm smaller than the anti-rotation hole to avoid affecting the free adjustment and compensation of the rotary joint.
